I'm a little behind with my blogging, i have been sufferering from a severe head cold and the Gout both at the same time. However on May 2nd I visited two schools with the raise a reader programme It was a very successful day giving me tremendous pleasure. Needless to say, i did very little new writing with my head feeling rather like a soccer ball. Sales of my new novel Union Boss are going quite well.
Getting into the schools with Raise a Reader is a wonderful experience - for the writer and for the kids alike. Congratulations for sharing your great writing ability with the young folks. My grandson has read and greatly enjoyed this book!
